Overview
The King Baudouin Foundation is one of Belgium's leading philanthropic organisations, working across social justice, health, democracy and culture. In this dual role as communications and project manager, I was at the intersection of strategy, content and coordination — ensuring that the Foundation's work reached the right audiences with clarity and impact.
The role demanded both creative thinking and rigorous project discipline: from shaping a campaign's narrative to managing the logistics of multi-stakeholder publications and events.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and executing digital communication campaigns for philanthropic programmes
- Producing annual reports, web copy, newsletters and social media content
- Coordinating cross-functional project teams across communications and programme departments
- Organizing events
What I brought to this role
Learned how major institutions communicate purpose-driven work without losing nuance.
